 I loved going to see my different friends at connect 20. I had a nice cold drink and was a social butterfly catching up with everyone while I was there. 

 We made an advent colander for Christmas at Wilrose and I helped colour in some of the numbers for the colander! I love colouring in and can’t wait till December when we get to use the calendar  

 I had my birthday this week and got to celebrate it with all my friends at Wilrose! They gave me a really yummy chocolate cake and I got to preform in the I-dance concert with my friends which I really enjoyed!

My friends and I went to a weaving exhibition held across the road from the Historic Village. We saw some beautiful hand made work.

 I had fun with my friends washing our vans. We had our music going and sung along. I beeped the horn and gave my friends a fright which I thought was hilarious.

 This week I did some deep breathing, yoga stretchesand mindfulness colouring. It was good for my mind, body and well being.
