Pamper morning

 I enjoyed being pampered this week. I got my hair and nails done followed by a head and back  massage. Afterwards I got on the massage table and relaxed while I got a massage from Ani and Denise. It was bliss.

 I enjoyed warming up my body by going on a nice walk in the sunshine up to the Gate Pa shops with my friends. Walking up the hill is a good workout.
