  Such a lovely day today spending the day with my friends, exploring Maxwells Beach and doing some of Daisy Hardwick walk.

 I always enjoy spending time with my friends and making new friends. I am a very social butterfly.

 I had an awesome morning playing Tenpin Bowling with my friends. 

 My friends and I had a fun afternoon in the sunshine. We stretched our bodies and found pictures in the clouds. 

 I had a lovely afternoon at Memorial park with my friends. We sat down and did some Mindfulness exercises together, we took the time to close our eyes and take some deep breaths while focusing on what noises we could hear.
