My friends and I enjoyed listening to relaxing music while colouring in and working on our breathing. Learning different Mindfulness techniques is great.
I have had a really fun day out with my friends. We spent the morning at Blake park cheering on the girls playing in the Western Bay of Plenty girls cricket tournament. Then we relaxed at memorial park and enjoyed some mindfulness, we listened to the ocean and the cicadas.
I had a delicious lunch of chicken nuggets and chips at the Citz Club. It was nice to socialise with friends from connect 20. I liked going up to the counter and ordering my own drink and meal.
